As in many third world countries, women in El Salvador are especially disadvantaged. They face gender discrimination in the work place and in the legal system. Many are subject to physical and sexual abuse. The focus of this newly developing ministry is to empower women in San Salvador with self-esteem, job skills, social skills and more.
